The first stage in planning your new extension or alterations is a measured survey of your property from which we will prepare draft plans for your approval. We utilise the latest AutoCad software to prepare your drawings which can be easily edited at this stage before final working drawings are prepared.
Once your drawings have been completed the necessary applications can be submitted to your Local Authority which we can progress on your behalf.
If additional details such as Structural Engineers calculations, SAP calculations, soil tests or a Flood Risk Assessment are required, then we have access to the necessary consultants who can provide them.
Whilst your plans are being considered by the Local Authority it is a good time to obtain competitive quotations for your building work - by utilising our expertise to prepare your plans you do not obligate yourself to use Alfred Budgen Limited for your building work in any way.
