Alfred Budgen Limited undertake building contracts up to £300,000.00 in value in West Sussex and Surrey which are carried out by our own directly employed trades and specialist subcontractors including extensions to existing properties, refurbishments, alterations and new build.
Although the majority of our work is focussed on residential property we also undertake work on commercial properties such as offices and light factory units.
We are able to submit quotations for our work directly to clients or where an architect, surveyor or other project manager has been appointed submit our formal tender to them for consideration.
